Delivery Policy

We deliver our products across the UAE through trusted third-party courier partners.

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–2 working days, with free delivery across UAE. To ensure timely delivery, please provide your complete address and accurate contact details at checkout.

Depending on your order, multiple bookings or shipments may result in separate transactions appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, a confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via email (or SMS, where applicable) within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
